The 4 Seasons in Dalian was really good. Carrie Wang the manager was phenomenal. She went above and beyond and did a great job making my family’s stay wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and very new, and the service was great. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. I'd say this is the best hotel especially for foreigners visiting Dalian.
Very kind and helpful personnel, as usual in all Chinese we had some difficulties with the language
I forgot that the two dolls were in the room before I remembered them after a long time. I am very grateful to the hotel for helping to keep them and I was able to find them. Also, the king cake is pretty good, but the people at the bakery don’t know that fève needs to be put in it.
