This marks our fourth stay at a Four Seasons property, and once again, the level of service has exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to commend the gentlemen from the car service team, house keeping, and in house dinning, who have all been exceptionally courteous and attentive. One of the major reasons we gave a 5, The cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail were outstanding. Additionally, the in-house dining experience was phenomenal, with both the service and the quality of the food being exceptional In particular, we want to highlight Mike from Valet Services . Mike has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our experience has been seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, his warm demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail created an immediate sense of comfort and trust. Mike’s commitment to providing a safe, welcoming, and luxurious environment reflects the highest standards of the Four Seasons brand. The in-house dinning, cleaning services, and the valet services exceptional service has been a memorable part of our stay, and we are sincerely grateful for the positive impact they made during our visit. We do suggest a bit more attention with front desk personnel. Possibly having suggestions for guest to go eat and things to do like other Four Seasons have prepared. This would be our only suggestion to make the overall trip exceptional. Thank you for your service!

This hotel has 5 star price points and 0 star, incompetent service both online and through the Gen-Z desk clerks who remarkably also serve as concierges. I signed up for the $1000 Four Seasons RockyMountainNational Park tour. The staff signed me up for a $179. group tour neglecting to tell me the departure point .Finally, they arranged for a delayed private tour. I confirmed that tour was cleared on my bill at check out. A few weeks later, I received an email that the front desk had charged my charge card for $1400 “for my convenience” and then a race to the bottom, wasting my time to sort out the web of complete ineptitude.

Unfortunately the service at this hotel is very poor. The front desk staff, while demonstrating a forced friendliness, are rude when asked for anything that goes beyond the basics offered by the hotel. Immature, poorly trained, and poorly spoken, they are hard to communicate with and do not problem solve with any sort of request. As a five star hotel, you would think they would try to support their guests. Specific issues: advertised car service is nearly impossible to use. Valets are not friendly and are visibly frustrated by the car service. There is no business center, no printer, no workspace. There are no extra amenities, such an afternoon tea or wine service included. They use the word “unfortunately” when you ask for herbal tea, a newspaper, a printer, the use of the car service, or help from any sort of concierge. And that’s just worse than saying “no”.
