Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

I was truly impressed by this hotel from the moment I arrived. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with every detail thoughtfully considered — from heated bathroom floors to top-tier butler service that made every moment seamless. The staff are not only professional but incredibly warm and respectful. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is unforgettable, anticipating your needs before you even ask. Breakfast offers an impressive spread, from classic American options to authentic Chinese cuisine — there’s something for every palate. One of the highlights for me was the variety of on-site restaurants, including several Michelin-starred gems. After long days exploring the city, dining in was not just convenient, it was a true pleasure. I also toured the kids’ facilities and was genuinely impressed. It gave me confidence to return with my family next time, knowing they’ve thought of everything — from luxury to family comfort. This is more than just a hotel — it’s an experience. Stayed three nights in the deluxe suite Canton View. Huge space but the decor and furniture were dated with odd support beams. Also a bit of a mushy smell. Comfortable bed and quiet as it was high up and away from busy traffic. Housekeeping could be better. The Executive Club Lounge was exceptional, great service team, and the breakfast and teatime were great. The concierge team was competent too.
