Fantastic hospitality. Will, the Cantonese speaking hotel manager, gave us a world class service from A to Z. We will come back again.
Fabulous stay with generally excellent service. For example， Sabrina was especially helpful and friendly when we met her at the gym and the entrance. Most staff were helpful though not as warm as Sabrina. Yes, the entrance is easy to miss for cabbies.
Entrance a bit difficult to find, might have trouble when calling the cabs. Other than that the experience was great. Very nice breakfast options, tasty and varied. Rooms were also nice and new. Lobby 10th floor has a nice garden to walk around.
