Stay at the hotel for four nights late April, gotta say its worth of money we paid, perfect location, outstanding impressive service and the food match it's luxury 5 star hotel. More importantly, it has its own quiet private garden and small part of west lake to itself!!!!!! It's such a great experience went on boat in the morning and enjoying breakfast quietly, pure relaxing!! Will go back to your hotel for sure. Only one issue is that Rolling bed comes with poor quality mattress, you could feel the spring by just putting your hand on it, I have to borrow two blankets to make it but comfortable for my youngest daughter. hope you could upgrade these mattresses for 3 ppl families

Though the virtue of a hotel and its stars lie in its grander, location, ambience , Resturant’s , pools , the spa and four seasons Hangzhou aces in all these accolade. However at four seasons these 5 stars shining most brilliantly in the sky of hotels are pale in comparison to the pleasant smiling faced stars , in the doorways , the hallways , behind the concierge desk reception desk, the restaurants , behind the wheels of the curtesy shuttle who are willing to pander to your every small whim , every desire and every need of their guests. Although more often than not the guests entering the revolving doors of the palace are nobilities and celebrities who are familiar with feeling special but the palace personal make even a common man like myself feel very special. The four seasons experience starts even before you enter the doors with the well clad valet team and the bell men who welcome with alacrity. In the week we stayed there not once did they let us even open the door. One has hardly entered the doors when a reception team welcomes every member of the family individually and take you to the room efficiently. I will especially like to mention a few exceptional individuals I met at the Fourseason. Miss lulu Liu and Alexi who did their school at SHMS in Switzerland and excellence is seethed in their manners and actions. Also Toby the manger who is light on his feet and quick in his service.
