Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet

The people working here make this hotel an amazing place to stay. Exemplary service. Everyone from the doormen, reception, concierge and waiting staff. They all remember your name and greet you as if you’re coming home. I stayed here on a personal trip and switched hotels for a business trip. When I brought my colleague over to visit the rooftop bar a few days after checking out I was greeting with warm hellos and welcome back’s. Akin is a doorman who is particularly courteous, polite and extremely attentive!

Dream hotel, amazing service and food! Elegant hotel choice! The location is out of the crowd, still very central and easy distance from it all. Well connected with upscale Zorlu Mall. Can't think of a better combination. Highly recommending.

Our visit to the Four Seasons in Istanbul was nothing short of incredible, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding service we received from our waiter, Yusef. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, respectful, and welcoming truly serving with grace and class. What really stood out was his attention to detail. He remembered both my name and my mother’s, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. He offered wonderful recommendations, especially when it came to dessert, and shared insightful information throughout our visit that made us feel well taken care of. The drinks were also fantastic. I had an iced coffee, which was creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced, while my mother had a freshly squeezed juice that tasted organic and full of flavour you could really tell it was made with high-quality ingredients. It’s rare to be treated with such care and professionalism. Yusef truly elevated our entire experience and made it unforgettable. The Four Seasons Istanbul lives up to its reputation for elegance, but its staff like him that make it feel genuinely special.
