We had a wonderful experience and an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was superb. I truly appreciate how the staff treated us, especially Ms. Sharry—one of the friendliest people I've ever spoken to. If you're planning to stay here, I highly recommend looking for Ms. Sharry. She’ll gladly assist you and make your stay even more pleasant! Just a small note—something a bit mysterious happened during our stay: the TV switched on by itself at around 3 a.m. Not sure why, but it definitely added a spooky touch to our night!

We had our wedding at the Four Seasons KL, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ellie as our point of contact throughout the planning and execution. From the very beginning, Ellie was always helpful, responsive, and committed to making our day as special as possible. She consistently went above and beyond, doing everything she could to ensure we had the best experience. No detail was too small, and no request was ever too much. Ellie handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. The entire team at the Four Seasons was wonderful, but Ellie truly stood out. Her dedication, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference, and we can’t thank her enough for everything she did. She played such a big part in making our wedding unforgettable.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur and, regrettably, it was one of the most disappointing five-star hotel experiences I’ve had — globally. Let’s begin with the service: staff were poorly trained, lacking basic professionalism and awareness. A simple inquiry about room rates devolved into confusion, with the front desk quoting what turned out to be the upgrade cost, not the actual price. The lack of clarity, care, and follow-through was remarkable. There was no attention to detail, no proactive effort to make the guest feel welcome — just a transactional, indifferent tone that bordered on arrogance. One might forgive this at a budget airport hotel; at a Four Seasons, it’s jarring. This wasn’t an isolated impression — I shared a lift ride with another guest who, unprompted, remarked that the service here was consistently “terrible”, and the previous time she was here the staff even made her feel like crying with their mistreatment. A telling sign when strangers are commiserating over the same poor experience. The state of the room, unfortunately, was no redemption. It smelled musty and slightly off, like an old storage closet. The bathroom had a damp, almost foul odour, the floor was sticky underfoot, and the furniture showed visible signs of neglect — the sofa in particular had a faint film of grime. The wear and tear was more in line with a dated mid-range property than a flagship luxury hotel. This felt like a hotel coasting on brand equity, not delivering on it. I chose Four Seasons expecting the usual blend of polish, warmth, and excellence — instead, I encountered neglect, confusion, and a striking lack of pride in hospitality. I hope this feedback prompts serious internal review, because this stay fell far below not just expectations, but basic standards.
