I love the Four Seasons hotel chain. This was our second visit to Kyoto, and it was wonderful. The service is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I particularly enjoy the breakfast atmosphere, where you can choose to sit in the air-conditioned dining area or on the lovely terrace outside. The quality of the food is outstanding. I appreciate that the hotel is located in a quiet area, especially since Kyoto can be very crowded with tourists. I'm always surprised when travelers complain about a hotel's location; you can check the area’s convenience before booking, based on what you’re looking for. 🤷‍♀️

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed. Both the gym and the spa area are absolutely wonderful, making it just as enjoyable to spend time in the hotel as it is to explore the city. An unforgettable stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.

We have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Tokyo before, and we was impressed by its service and attentiveness, we chose the Four Seasons Hotel in Kyoto this time. The hotel's service, catering and decoration are as perfect as those of a high-end hotel. After leaving the hotel, we found our clothes in the room the next day. When we returned to the hotel, the service staff immediately recognized the anxious wife and gave her help. While waiting, they also gave my wife, who was sweating in the hot weather, a bottle of mineral water. Finally, they found the clothes left in the room. What surprised us was that after entering such a big hotel, they recognized us and said a kindly words, "Welcome back." Even though it was just a cool bottle of water and a warm "Welcome back" may seem small, but we believe they make a meaningful difference. Thank you for giving us unforgettable memories. We will back soon.
