Can not say enough good things about my stay at this Four Seasons. Truly every staff interaction I had was outstanding. Upon arrival, I was upgraded from a regular room to a 1-bedroom suite with panoramic views of the strip and the rest of Vegas! My massage was amazing, complimentary car ride to the Sphere. Can't wait to return. It's a little far away from all the action, but we liked being in a hotel that did not have a casino inside. My only negative is that the number of umbrellas by the pool is very low, and we weren't able to secure one. We didn't get to really enjoy the pool as much because we were in direct 104° sunlight. Other little amazingly attentive things that happened: the cleaning staff saw I was almost out of toothpaste and added some to my room, they immediately brought me a fridge when I said I had purchased some fruit earlier in the day, and they were even able to check my room after I had checked out for some commemorative concert cups that I had forgotten. Really can't say enough good great things about the entire stay and staff, and can't wait to return.
A Hidden Gem in Las Vegas – Two Worlds in One! We visited Las Vegas for both business and leisure, including a concert, and stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. This hotel is truly a hidden gem! Having stayed at many hotels in Las Vegas before, I can honestly say this was a completely different experience. The Four Seasons is located on the top four floors of Mandalay Bay, giving you the best of both worlds. You can enjoy complete peace and quiet when you want it, yet access Mandalay Bay’s casino, restaurants, and facilities in just seconds through a private elevator or adjoining door. I call it “two worlds in one,” and it’s perfect for any traveler. The service, rooms, views, and pool area were all impeccable. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Iyad, who was always present and ensuring every guest received the highest level of service. You truly feel cared for from the moment you arrive. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Las Vegas with unmatched service and serenity (without sacrificing access to the excitement of the Strip), this is the place. We can’t wait to return!
Stayed here for the second half of my Vegas trip. This hotel is located all the way at the bottom end of the strip by the airport. It was super chill and quiet in the lobby compared to everywhere else I visited. We were graciously checked in well before our check in time and received a cute welcome amenity consisting of chocolates atop a cute vegas card. The room was perfect for my girl friend and me and all our belongings and the water pressure was amazing. The pool is a nice and welcoming area with good food, drinks, and the servers are very attentive. Only drawbacks were the unavailability of house cars, they only had one available it seems. We also had a hiccup with a room service order of ours that slipped through the cracks. 20 minutes after the promised delivery time, I inquired to ask about it and they hadn’t even started making it due to a glitch in their system and lack of communication from switching shifts. We ended up receiving the food almost 2 hours after placing the order. They did comp it and the food was delicious but it was unfortunate having to wait so long for a food order after being so hangry. I probably wouldn’t stay here again while in Vegas, but I did enjoy the experience.
