Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

I had a wonderful experience! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the service exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while I waited. The room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, and a beautiful view from the balcony. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything pristine. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of options for breakfast and dinner. I also appreciated the hotel’s amenities—especially the pool and fitness center, which were both clean and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

10/10 We had an unforgettable stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Park Lane! The service was truly top-notch, with incredible attention to detail from start to finish. A special shoutout to Catalina and Aidan in the restaurant—without a doubt, the best servers. They were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially our 3-year-old, who was treated like royalty by all the employees, including the chef!!!. The entire team made our visit feel both fancy and elegant while still being family-friendly. We can’t wait to return!
