Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

The Four Seasons Madrid is truly majestic—an exquisite blend of historic grandeur and refined modern luxury. From the preserved marble columns and stained glass to the sweeping rooftop views and serene spa, every detail feels like a love letter to Madrid’s elegance and soul. Our room was incredible—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel effortlessly luxurious.

The Four Seasons Madrid lived up to our expectations, as always. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, the staff was warm, helpful, and attentive. In addition to breakfast, we also had lunch at the rooftop restaurant and dinner at the Asian restaurant—both offered delicious food and impeccable service. The hotel’s location is ideal—situated in a lively neighborhood with easy access to museums, major sights, and high-end shopping (conveniently connected to the hotel). The lobby had a vibrant energy, with a bit of bustle that added to the charm rather than detracting from it. Hotel is located in a beautifully restored historic building and it retains many fascinating architectural details—we especially loved discovering the original vault door that leads to the Galleria next door. If I find myself in Madrid again, I’d gladly choose to stay here once more.

One of the very best hotels we've stayed in. Excellent service, comfortable perfectly spotless room, attention to detail, very good food, spacious spa, lovely lobby in a historic building in the heart of Madrid. When we needed help getting a taxi for dinner, one of the women at the front desk came out to assist and when even she had some difficulty, she was so determined and went sprinting off a block away in hot hot weather to get us a taxi. Truly above and beyond...We loved our stay and highly recommend it! "Superbonito".
