We celebrated our wedding on 5/15 and spent 2 nights in a suite (stunning views and amazing bathroom). The service was excellent starting with our request for early check-in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in anyway that we asked. Our room was stunning! We had dinner at Mara, it exceeded our expectations, both with service and the food. We had such a good experience at dinner we decided to head down for breakfast the next morning and again, it was excellent. The car service was so nice too! We had such a good experience all around that we can't wait to come back again.

This was a good experience. The premises were clean and modern. The room was equipped with interesting technology. The staff was polite and housekeeping was prompt. The full service restaurant downstairs was outstanding. Prices were reasonable. I would almost certainly stay here if I returned to downtown Minneapolis.

We returned to the Four Seasons Hotel in Minnesota this year with high expectations after a truly memorable experience last year. Unfortunately, this time around, the experience fell short in several ways. Last year, from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed—staff opened the door for us, greeted us with wine, and we found champagne and cupcakes waiting in our room. It made us feel genuinely cared for and set the tone for a luxurious stay. This year, however, there was no door service, no warm greeting, and no special welcome in our room—just four small chocolates. While that’s a nice gesture, the overall welcome felt much less thoughtful and festive compared to before. We also noticed a change in staff interaction. When we greeted hotel staff around the property, many didn’t return the greeting and instead responded with a cold glance or simply walked away. It lacked the warm and engaging hospitality we remembered from our previous stay. That said, on Monday, we had a much better experience with the valet team. The gentleman we recognized from last year gave us a genuinely warm welcome and had a kind chat with us, which was a refreshing contrast to the rest of the stay. We truly hope our experience was an exception, as we’ve come to expect a higher level of hospitality from Four Seasons.
