Not the best Four Seasons but for a city Four Seasons definitely a good choice when in NYC. The food was good. Rooms a little small for the price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. I would like to see the bathrooms updated a little more. Nice lounge area and ideal for business or pleasure. A good choice if you are in NYC for a short visit.

Stayed here for a special birthday! It was a lovely stay, they brought birthday cake which was very nice. The front desk and all staff (especially Eddie the bell person) were really warm and kind. Truthfully, we did experience some cleanliness issues and found hair from previous guests in several places in the bathroom. The suite was great. Overall, I prefer the service of the Four Seasons Downtown hotel as they truly go out of their way to delight guests with treats, champagne and fresh flowers and the staff try to get to know guests more than at this location. The hotel manager Yogesh shared below that he reached out to me and personally resolved the issue and that never happened. It has been 2 weeks and I never heard from him. I will not be returning to this location for a stay.
