Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

Great hotel. Our room had large windows overlooking the city. Macaroons and protein bars were waiting for us in the room. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfasts in the hotel were one of the best we ate in hotels. On the plus side, the chocolate fountain and the fact that there was always something different at breakfast. The service is very nice, in addition, we got a plush toy for my child. I highly recommend this hotel.

Four seasons is the true 5 stars hotel that we had been to. There is nothing that we were not happy with. Really great customer service, super cleaned room and great location with the palace view. The food is really good too. We stayed in a club room which included the lounge access. The customer service is just top notch at the lounge. All the staff like Scott, Anna, Jun and Haena are amazing. They gave us a lot of good restaurants and attractions recommendations. They went above and beyond for everything. We also enjoyed the gym as well. It is very well equipped. We would love to come back to Seoul and stay at this beautiful hotel again.

From check in to check out, my family had an amazing experience at the Four Seasons Seoul. Check in was a breeze, staff left a delightful welcome message to our daughters in the room along with a gift. The staff were very attentive. They gave us umbrellas to borrow for the day and access to their House Car for use within 2km from the hotel. The room was well furnished, modernized. Bathroom was good size. All in all, excellent experience!!
