Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen

We had a wonderful stay at The Four Seasons Futian Shenzhen. The staff was super professional and nice. We got a room upgrade, that was super sweet :) In the evening when we went out and came back we saw that they had brought fruit to our room and placed the hotel slippers on a mat next to our bed. The pillow menu is 👌👌

I’ve been to many nice hotels and Four seasons Shenzhen is by far my favorite. This place is exceptional. First, the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, positive and polite. Receptionists were always there to help us with our trip, whether it’s for public transport, places to visit or restaurants recommendations. They even made us surprises. Secondly, the room was perfectly cleaned and very practical. The curtains were automatic, the toilet was an intelligent toilet and the room was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. The view was also very pleasant. Thirdly, I highly recommend taking the room with breakfast. The buffet is outstanding with a good variety of food. The restaurant staff is also amazing. I recommend this beautiful hotel for anyone who is looking for an incredible experience in Shenzhen. Thank you Four Seasons!

My last trip to Shenzhen I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. The staff were great and very helpful with what was around the hotel to see and good place to shop. The location was great the hotel felt very modern and great attention to detail. The room was great very spacious for my small family with a they gave him a personal bag with kids amenities and kids nothing much slippers
