Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg

We stayed at Four Seasons Johannesburg for 3 nights, and it was absolutely amazing. To be honest, our English skills are close to zero. We used Google Translate for almost everything, and honestly, we understood maybe 10% of what people were saying. But still — the South African staff treated us with so much kindness and patience. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality. The food was exceptional. We’ve stayed at many Four Seasons hotels, but the wagyu beef here was the best we’ve ever had. Even though we were unsure about tipping culture, the staff always remained gracious and helpful. We’re now heading to Botswana, but we will absolutely stay here again on our way back. There is no other option for us — it’s Four Seasons or nothing. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Wonderful property across from the Johannesburg Zoo. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Organized transport to and from the airport along with transport for excursions around the area. The rooftop restaurant was very nice with beautiful views of the skyline and zoo. Breakfast was excellent! Would stay here again if the occasion presented itself.

Spending my birthday at the four seasons was the best decision ever made. It screams "NEVER settle for less". My friend and I spent 4days there and we were treated like the princesses we sometimes forget we are 😄😄. The smiles, laughter, kind gestures are definitely 💯 over 💯. Thank you making my stay amazing and my birthday unforgettable. Definitely coming back to dine at the newly renovated restaurant ❤️
