Beautiful hotel located in Yorkville. Close to the ROM, and many luxury stores and food services. They gave us a graduation gift pastry, as well as upgraded the room. The room service breakfast was amazing, delicious pastries. Staff were all helpful and kind, delivering amazing service throughout our stay. The room was clean and modern, with many unique amenities like wireless charging and a bluetooth speaker. The valet service was also spectacular. Can't recommend them enough.
A Dream Stay at the Four Seasons Toronto for My Mom's 50th! We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. We were welcomed with a complimentary dessert in our room — a thoughtful and sweet gesture that set the tone for the entire stay. As guests, we received credits for breakfast and an experience of our choice (spa, dining, or beverages), which made everything feel even more luxurious and personalized. The d|bar drinks were phenomenal — each one crafted to perfection — and the service throughout the hotel was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Every single staff member we encountered was genuine, kind, respectful, warm, and always eager to help with the brightest smile. Their attentiveness and care made us feel incredibly valued. One of my personal highlights was the spa terrace — a serene space with individual cubbies and lounge chairs overlooking the Toronto skyline. The sunset view was breathtaking, and the terrace server was especially kind, offering drinks and working so effortlessly to ensure everyone was cared for. The spa treatments were just as incredible. My RMT made sure I was fully comfortable and relaxed throughout the session, and the spa facilities were immaculate. The changing rooms had quiet zones, mindfulness spaces, cozy areas to lie down, special treats, and every personal care item you could think of. Breakfasts were delicious and perfectly portioned — beautifully presented and quickly served. It was such a joy to wake up and enjoy that as part of the stay. Even during checkout, the hospitality continued. The team offered us bottled water for our drive home, opened doors for us, helped with luggage, and allowed us to continue using the hotel’s amenities throughout the day — little gestures that made a lasting impression. From the high ceilings and modern, artistic design to the clean and spacious rooms with mesmerizing views, everything about this hotel felt thoughtfully curated and deeply luxurious. The Four Seasons Toronto has truly set a new standard for hospitality in my eyes. It’s now my favorite hotel, and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you for making my mom’s milestone birthday so incredibly special — we never wanted to leave!
I've been a loyal guest at this property for over 5 years, and unfortunately, I've witnessed a decline in quality and service. The longer I stay, the more I notice changes that can only be attributed to POOR MANAGEMENT ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Specifically, I take issue with the disparity between the prices charged and the amenities provided. The rooms are deteriorating, with peeling paint and subpar materials. Given the premium rates, I expect a higher standard of quality. Furthermore, I've observed a high turnover rate among staff members, which raises concerns about the working environment and management practices. It's disconcerting to see employees leave so quickly, especially when they're not replaced with equally experienced and knowledgeable staff. I've also noticed that some MANAGERS NOT STAFF struggle to communicate effectively in English, which is surprising given the hotel's location in Toronto. As a guest, I expect to be able to communicate easily with managers especially when it comes to addressing concerns or requesting assistance. Additionally, I've experienced inconsistent service quality, with some servers being friendly and attentive while others seem dismissive or uninterested. It's disappointing to see such variability in service, especially when compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, I would rate this hotel lower than Marriott and struggle to recommend it to others. I hope that management will take my feedback seriously and work to address the issues I've raised.
