From the very moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The staff greeted us with warm, sincere smiles, and it was immediately clear that every detail here is handled with love and precision. Our room was simply beautiful – spacious, elegant and immaculately clean. Every element was thoughtfully arranged to create a feeling of comfort and luxury at the same time. From our windows and private terrace, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the jungle and the Ayung River – the kind of scenery that makes this place so unique and peaceful. The service was outstanding – every staff member was professional, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. We never once felt like we were asking for too much; instead, every request was met with a smile and often exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional – fresh, high-quality, and full of flavor. From tropical fruit and local delicacies at breakfast to refined, beautifully presented dinners, every meal felt like a culinary journey. The spa completely amazed me – far beyond what I had expected. I went for a treatment during my stay and absolutely loved it. The therapists were highly skilled, the atmosphere was serene, and the attention to detail made it an unforgettable spa experience that left me feeling completely relaxed and renewed. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The environment is truly unparalleled - peaceful, lush, and beautifully integrated with nature. I felt completely immersed in the surroundings, with the opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the area up close. Although there was an issue during the stay, the hotel ultimately handled it excellently. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their professionalism and friendliness created a comforting and personalized atmosphere throughout my stay. Special thanks to my rice field tour guide, whose passion, knowledge, and love for his work left a deep impression on me. He could identify every plant by its Latin, English, and Indonesian name - a true expert and an inspiring individual.

Our expectation was exceeded by an unimaginable amount. This resort will provide you with life changing experiences, especially the “Can you keep a secret” tour made a lasting impression my wife and I will hopefully be able to tell our great grandchildren about. Staff and service are exceptional. The team and resort make sure that there is no room for improvement left because it is nothing short of perfection. We will certainly come back. THANK YOU!
