Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui

Came here for our honeymoon and we had a very pleasant stay. What makes this such a great resort is the staff and service. Dre and Fluke were truly standout staff for us. Genuinely the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve had across our Thailand trip. The property is a bit far from the city center, which should be considered. It’s about a 30-40min drive there. Resort pricing is a bit too high in my opinion — even for a 4S property. For things like massages and excursions I’d recommend doing them outside of the property. Definitely one of the better 4S properties we’ve stayed at and highly recommend.

The whole experience was amazing! I came here with my family after watching the White Lotus. We had the pleasure of staying in the Four Bedroom Villa and I was in love! Butler service was amazing, and brought us all of our needs whenever requested. Truly a peaceful place here. I adore the Four Seasons!

We stopped here to checkout the restaurant as it had good reviews and we were close by. We were greeted by the manager Mali who came running out demanding for our reservation. She had a really bad attitude that was completely unnecessary, as we showed up treating the security and her with kindness. She shouted at us demanding our reservation, and its not the kind of service I would expect at a place of this caliber. I think a lot of Thai people possess this attitude but normally at other 5 star places we get treated with respect and kindness. And Im not interested in their denial as me my partner and I both experienced this first hand.
