Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

We had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Marrakech as a family of three (with our three-year-old son). The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained. The entire staff was warm, professional, and always helpful. We want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Ismail and the team at the family pool – they were truly exceptional. Very attentive, very kind, and made our son feel so welcome every single day. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxury experience with top-notch service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautiful and luxurious grounds, spotless rooms, every detail is thoughtfully designed to make you feel relaxed. The food was amazing, with breakfast being a particular highlight. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served) The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by the pool. We had one small hiccup with a spa booking - due to miscommunication, but the spa manager handled it perfectly. He greeted me at breakfast the next day, apologised and even offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious stay. (Also I'd like to comment on the valet staff who collected and parked our car everyday - they greeted us multiple times a day with politeness and professionalism.)

How can i fault this place! Exceptional customer service from everyone, gardeners and housekeeping all the way up to management... They went above and beyond at every turn and therefore created the best family holiday for us. Nothing too much trouble. We even stopped a gentleman from housekeeping by chance asking for directions and he went out of his way to yo show us to the door of where we needed to go on our first night! Our daughter loved the DJ at Zest bar and the food was great. As was the exceptional breakfast and the food by the poolside. When driving past the chefs, i commented that my 5 year old daughter loved cooking and would like to be a chef when shes older. Within 10 minutes someone came by with a chefs hat for her to take away. Such an incredibly special hotel. We'll be back in a heartbeat!
