Beautiful place! Rooms are not bad, needs a bit of an upgrade. Beds are very comfortable, a/c works marvelous! Staff is amazing! Ocean views are spectacular. Overall, it was a wonderful place to be at and NOT crowded at all.

This resort was so amazing. It was unfortunate that the airline we flew in with had a mishap with my bag. I didn’t have my bag the entire trip. But the staff at the resort did everything they could to make sure my trip wasn’t ruined. I feel so grateful and I truly appreciate how much care they put into my experience. Fazim was so helpful and he made my experience at the four seasons so worth it. He is truly incredible!!!! Words cannot express the gratitude I feel!

This hotel is in an amazing place, and overall the hotel is great. I don't think it lives up to the reputation (or expense) of a Four Seasons. We arrived around 11:30am, before check out, and strangely no restaurant was open and everyone seemed to disagree on what was open. Eventually, a buffet opened at 12pm, only place open, and it was fantastically overpriced for our family of six. Weird stuff cost lots of money. My kids wanted to play pickleball, which was $100/hr? I don't know if you've ever played pickleball with a four year old, but it's not worth $100/hr and they get bored after 15 minutes. At least basketball was free, although once it sprinkled and we were shoo'd away from the clearly not slippery court because it was too slippery. I tried to get money out of the ATM in the hotel, but it gave me errors the two times when I tried to get out USD (needed to pay the boat driver and taxi drivers to get to the airport on St Kitts). I didn't think anything of it, but then I found when I got back that I had been charged despite clearly not getting my money. I called the hotel and they said all I could is dispute it with my bank! That took many phone calls and two weeks, and all the time they knew it had run out of USD! Anyway, I really like this place, it's very pretty, but doesn't quite live up to my expectations of a Four Seasons.
