We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The staff were amazing, super friendly, very helpful and they couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is beautifully clean and offers everything you need. My 3 year old absolutely loved it. The different themed nights for evening meal was a favourite of ours. Trying all the different cuisines was a highlight. And we loved the live chef experiences, delicious. The pools are perfect and the new fountains are great. We can’t wait to come again.

Visited Four Seasons Vilamoura with my partner over the last week or so but this was actually my 10th time visiting the hotel (though my partner's first!) Four Seasons is an absolutely stunning hotel and, as the title suggests, is a true home away from home without being a cliché. The staff are all so polite and professional from check-in to check-out and everything in between and their English is impeccable. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of hot and cold options, tea, coffee, juices and all the condiments you could want. The pool bar too is great for food and snacks during the day with the option to pay as you go or add it to the room tab to be paid on check-out. We didn't eat evening meals at the hotel and I haven't tended to over the years, no fault of the hotel just prefer to have a change of scenery for the evening and head to the marina which is a 20 minute stroll away or even shorter taxi ride, or even the local Old Village which has a small selection of bars and restaurants. Four Seasons is one of the safest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in, staff are always on hand and rooms are tidied/cleaned every day, there is barrier entry to the hotel requiring a fob you get on your room keys. The rooms are the biggest in any hotel I have stayed at - whether the studios or one-bed apartments (I've not stayed the 2 or 3 beds). They are well equipped with everything you could need, just speaking from the one-bed apartment I have just stayed in you have a full kitchen including oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, vast selection of different cutlery and two fridges with small freezer spaces in each. There is a TV in the main living area and whilst our bedroom did not have a TV there was a TV point on the wall so I imagine there may be future plans to have TVs installed in the bedrooms. The bathroom had two sinks, jacuzzi function in the bath, bidet, scales, drying robes. Then on top of that the veranda at the back had two sun loungers where we were able to take in the evening sunshine once our day by the pool was done. I absolutely love Four Seasons and will be returning in future, I cannot recommend it enough!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We chose this over other hotels in the area due to the really spacious apartments. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment - it was huge and we had a ground floor one so also had a big patio and grassed area. The place is a little dated once you look beyond some new furnishings: the bathroom esp could do with an update; things were falling off the walls and the toilet was temperamental. The pool area is fab. We were there in May half term and there were always loungers available although not enough parasols. We often had the pool to ourselves. Breakfast was good, everything was tasty but could do with some more variety through the week. Location worked well for us; we had a hire car as we travelled to different places and could park the car right outside our apartment and it’s only a 5 min drive down to the marina. We enjoyed walking round the corner to the old Village which is beautifully done. The gym was better than other hotels I’ve been too but was really stuffy. The one thing I think this hotel really lacked was a nice place to sit in the evening. The outside space is lovely but indoors has no character at all. Overall was a lovely break and would consider staying again if the price was ok.
