After our stay at the hotel, I would especially like to thank Nursel, our housekeeper, for her kindness and hard work. The room is always clean, and she is attentive to our requests.
Front desk staff were not kind, as a patient visiting the hospital we needed ice but there is no ice available at this hotel. Not 1 staff member acknowledged our presence, no greetings, pardons, no questions. Room was adequate
Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed here for 48 hours and faced nonstop issues. First room: broken toilet seat, malfunctioning bidet, kettle not working — I couldn’t even heat water for my baby. Shower water kept switching between freezing cold and burning hot. I requested a room change — they moved me, but the air conditioner in the new room doesn’t work at all. Unacceptable conditions, especially when staying with an infant. Staff was unhelpful and failed to solve any issue properly. They refused to refund me despite admitting they can’t offer a proper solution. This place is a complete failure in basic hospitality. Stay away.
