Four Sides Taksim Lion Hotel&Spa

I’d rate this hotel 4 out of 5 overall. the services could use some improvement, but the staff truly made my stay memorable. The front desk and porter team were especially welcoming. I want to give a special shout-out to Nadir, who was incredibly friendly and generous; he even offered me his food a couple of times! Every time we talked, he was kind and helpful. Other employees also went the step, like walking me to nearby restaurants outside the hotel. The staff’s hospitality really stood out and made up for anything the hotel itself lacked.

Everything was nice. The hot water temperature was not accurate. It would go up and down automatically. Air conditioner sometimes made noises. Other than that everything was perfect. Rate was very very resonable.

May Allah curse you all, Amin Agoda finally cannot avoid service failure!!! Dirty, smoke smelled, drunking may prefer this filthy place bad and rude reception behavior, and the porter tells lies to the visitors that he would choose good room for us that's actually dirty, noisy room. Nothing can explain how bad was my experience and my expectations. And the hotel is the bad of the baddest Last time I had to use this unsincere. The hotel reception himself told me that something was called "HOTELBEDS" is holding the amount and reservation and amount wasn't received by the hotel, then he showed me the screen that has these info, and he said go back to the website and app that I made this reservation with and contact them, and the amount should be refunded back to me within 7 to 14 days. Even the hotel doesnt provided the room I was asking for and it was fully full. Then how come Agoda cannot handle some little issue like this and try to take this situation seriously!!????? Would it be trustful again when Agoda can't to nothing to there customers!!??? Allah my curse you all again. Amin
