Me and my friend stayed here for two nights and had to check out early and book another hotel because of the amount of cockroaches that kept increasing during the duration of our stay. The room was filthy, the door could not be locked properly. There were cockroaches all over the room. We hade them in the fridge and the fridge as well. I even had one in my food. The last day we also had a rat in the room. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. After discussion they offered us a new room that was even more unclean than the first one. I took us two hours to be able to get some of our money back for the last night that we wanted to cancel. Would not recommend to anyone. The hotel also showcases false photos of the rooms on sites such as booking.com so be aware!
Don’t be fooled by their fake reviews!!! I booked a room for my friends at this hotel through Booking.com for one night. The hotel charged double the price shown on Booking. When I tried to contact them, they hung up on me and ignored my messages on WhatsApp. There was no hot or even cold water, and the staff were extremely rude—my friend was crying when she called me. To make it worse, someone from the hotel posted a fake 5-star review under my name. I managed to delete it on Booking.com, but unfortunately, I can’t post another one there. I also can’t upload photo proof here, but I wish I could. This was the worst hotel experience ever—don’t be fooled by their fake reviews and false promises.
Pathetic hotel in good location with worst service. I booked a room on 16/07/25 through gobibo whereas holet is asking extra money other than the online price. No other hotel charges like that. The receptionist behaviour is also worst.
