Foya Branca by Flagworld Hotels

We got a day pass and had a fantastic time. It was quiet, maybe about 15 other guests milling around the 2 pools. We ordered snacks and drinks from the bar & WiFi was good too. Would definitely recommend for a day out.

We stayed at the Foya Branca Resort for 2 days for 4 people. The rooms weren’t good. On the first day I went to the bathroom for a number 2 when the toilet started leaking and the entire bathroom flooded. The staff decided to just clean up the water and not fix the problem so we were forced to not use that bathroom which had a broken shower anyway. The location is beautiful. It’s just a downside that it seems like nobody cares. I think this place has a lot of potential but as it stands now it just isn’t good. The service was okay but it just seemed like the the people there didn’t like their job. The breakfast wasn’t good but the dinner was fine. Except for the fact that you got an entire book of a menu but you could only choose out of one page. So in total I give this resort 2 stars. It certainly did not live up to the expectations. The resort itself wasn’t good however it does have potential under good management due tue it’s beautiful and peaceful location.

NOT Recommended. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Very disappointed. Staff pays more attention to day pass guests than staying guests. The villa experience quality is not worth the price. Everything in the room is old, the furnishings, the fixtures, the paint, no A/C. Also the food is basic, no variety. Front desk service is horrible. The bus driver has a bad attitude. The only decent staff were the restaurants staff and the security staff. Bad internet. The pool was green, does not appear that the water is treated.
