Very nice place. Impressive layout, decorations, staff assistance (especially from those doing the more menial jobs, because they sincerely stay "Mi placer" to everything). Coffee bar in lobby. A front and back deck for dining on one side or using one of the hot tubs on the other, both with outstanding mountain views. The included breakfast bar was healthy fresh, and tasty. I look forward to staying here again.
Not a bad place. Restaurant is on higher end of price but breakfast is included. Dog friendly but not many options or where to go
Nice hotel to stay with modern rooms. If you just want to stay and not use any services, i can recommend it. However the service is terrible, long wait times for checkin, then they forgot our reservation, once in the room there was no toilet paper and the shampoo ran out as well. It seems like these things are not checked while cleaning the room. Same experience with room service: we ordered at 5pm and at 8:30pm it still didn't arrive. Any service feels very slow and/or items are forgotten. Overall it's a bad experience in a hotel that feels like it would have everything to be amazing.
