Fragments Hotel

I absolutely loved our stay at Fragments Hotel in Istanbul! The place is cozy, fresh, and super clean and the view is just amazing! The manager was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a small misunderstanding upon arrival regarding the room we booked (we chose the villa), but he resolved it quickly and professionally. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel room I stayed in was truly impressive. The cleanliness was exceptional; every corner was spotless, and it was evident that the housekeeping staff took great pride in their work. The service was also outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, one minor drawback was its location on a steep hill. While the elevated position offered beautiful views and a sense of seclusion, it did require a bit more effort to reach, especially if you were carrying luggage or arriving late at night. But overall, the positives far outweighed this minor inconvenience.

We go home with mixed feelings. The staff is lovely. The location is great. The view from breakfast is great. But the hotel is very loud. The first floor is the loudest we have had in our entire life. Second floor also still has almost all noises. The fifth and highest floor is below the restaurant so also very loud. The hotel is right next to a small but busy street. Every morning the garbage truck comes.
