Fragrant Nature Munnar A Classified Hotel

One of the best hotels in Munnar with the most beautiful view. The rooms are clean and the team always in service with smile. I recommend this hotel to families specially with kids since they are providing different activities like bonfire, chief demo and more others.

Staying here was a blessing. Everything was perfect, down to the last detail. Spotless rooms, delicious food and amazing views. The highlight of this place is the staff. Every single person I met was extremely respectful. Room service request were fulfilled within minutes, everytime we went out they cleaned the room. Fresh toiletries provided everyday. Each and every staff member had a smile on their face. The complimentary breakfast had a plethora of options. Right from check in to check out, everything was just amazing. This place takes hospitality to the next level. Wonderful experience!!!

Checked into Fragrant Nature Munnar this evening. While the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, the service has been shockingly poor—especially for what is supposed to be a five-star hotel. It took over 30 minutes and 3 follow-up calls just to get extra glasses delivered to the room. The duty manager, Mr. Martin, personally came to apologize and promised better service, but unfortunately, things only got worse. Later in the evening, housekeeping was supposed to change the used glasses and cups, but even after 2 hours, nothing was done. Requesting a dental kit took 25 minutes to arrive. We had been recommended other properties by our travel agent but chose this one based on glowing reviews. Sadly, our experience doesn’t match the hype. Service standards need serious improvement if this hotel wants to maintain a five-star reputation.
