We had a quick visit in Bath and absolutely loved our stay at Francis Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service. Our room was newly renovated, beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable from our long day of travel. We also had breakfast there and the buffet provided a lot of variety. The hotel was located to all the main sites too. Would definitely book again.
Stunning hotel approaching the end of refurbishment. Rooms are beautiful, communal areas are stunning, and the staff are amazing. The whole place is just immaculate. One of those places that just makes you feel special. We will most definitely be back 👍
We stayed for one night at the Francis Hotel for our anniversary and had the most wonderful stay! The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment- but it hasn’t affected our stay. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful- the materials were luxurious and the room itself was comfortable, spacious and quiet - considering it’s in a very central location. The breakfast was amazing! And the cocktails from the bar were superb. Staff was super friendly and we appreciated the sweet treats and prosecco for our anniversary! We would definitely be staying here again when we come back to the beautiful city of Bath!
