Hotel Francis Palace in Františkovy Lázně is an ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Although it is located a bit away from the center, it is still within a pleasant walking distance. The hotel offers excellent wellness services, including swimming pools, sauna, hot tub and a wide range of treatments, which will be appreciated by anyone looking for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, modernly equipped and clean. The quality of both breakfast and meals in the restaurant is excellent, making the restaurant one of the best in the area. The staff is nice, helpful and helpful, which adds to the overall impression. I recommend booking a package with half board and procedures, which is definitely worth it. The surroundings are beautiful, ideal for walks or trips. Františkovy Lázně is generally quieter and suitable for those looking for rest and regeneration. All in all, it's a perfect place to relax with excellent service that we will definitely be happy to return to.
Quietly located, but you can still get to the sights quickly. The garden is beautifully designed, unfortunately there are not enough parasols. Everything is clean and well maintained, parking spaces are in front of the hotel. The pull out couch was a disaster, extremely loud when you moved and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast was disappointing.
The service staff in the restaurant should respond more to the wishes of the guests. The breakfast that was offered left a lot to be desired. Requests to get a cappuccino or latte macchiato were denied and pointed to a machine that brewed these drinks into a mocha cup. I don't want to go into any further requests in the restaurant. The only fruit you saw was apples. So all in all, you have to say there is still a lot of room for improvement. We have been to many hotels in Františkovy Lázně but we have never experienced such a bad breakfast as here. The service staff who were present for breakfast also don't know the word friendliness. The reception was very nice and the room was also clean.
