Frank Porter Atlantic Tower

Writing this review on behalf of my mum who had a 3 night stay at the start of August, from the moment we arrived to drop her off the staff were amazing, nothing was too much. From the check-in process which I witnessed myself throughout the whole stay. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, and very clean and tidy. My mum has a hidden disability and the staff especially in the bar and restaurant were kind contienous and understanding. More than happy to stay again would highly recommend.

Went to sleep and Woke up to a lovely view from the 6th floor (608). Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Absolutely no complaints with the hotel. Very clean and presentable. The lobby is very inviting. The rooms [if I had a complaint] is the bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side than what I'm used to- BUT the overhead shower is lovely so ya kno... (hence the 4) The staff were really polite. I hate I can't remember their names but all 3 that I interacted with over my stay were friendly, professional and informative.

I had such a fantastic stay at the Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were outstanding — Kike at reception and Neil made me feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout. Jan at the breakfast bar was just lovely — always cheerful and friendly — and the bar staff went above and beyond every time. The roof garden was without a doubt the highlight of my stay. The view of the Liver Buildings was spectacular, especially in the evenings. I spent most of my time up there — it’s peaceful, beautifully maintained, and such a unique feature for a city hotel. I genuinely loved it and can’t wait to go back. My room was a bit small, and the hallways could use some updating, but honestly, it didn’t matter — the air conditioning worked perfectly during a heatwave, keeping my room wonderfully cool and comfortable the entire time. Overall, it’s the staff, the atmosphere, and that stunning roof garden that made this stay special. I’d 100% recommend it and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
