Frankfurt Marriott Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. The location is perfect—central, convenient, and close to everything. The hotel itself is top-notch, with excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that made every morning a treat. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. A special shout-out to Paul from the audio/video team—he went above and beyond to assist me and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His support made a real difference during my time at the hotel. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. I’ll definitely be back!

I hardly review total because it’s mostly the same but my stay in Marriott Frankfurt was nice because every request were met with a smile so I had stayed here very comfortably. House keeping was done by a gentleman and he did a nice and clean job. Appreciate every effort of the staff here to make my stay memorable. However it’s a walk about 30min to the shopping area in Am Main. Of course there is a bus stop and train station near by which you can take if you know how. I had a pleasant stay.

Room was a little bit small specially it’s a junior suite. AC was kind of old so making loud noise. But there is a tram stop right in front of hotel and it’s near supermarkets, restaurants, and a bank ATM (easier and better exchange rates). Executive lounge was ok. I didn’t like the food that much. Happy hours did provide alcohol beverages. Breakfast was served at main restaurant. I was glad that I didn’t have to pay for it. Overall staffs were friendly and good location. It’s just a little bit outdated and needs to get food quality up. I’ll be at JW Marriott next week, let’s see which one is better.
