Fraser Place Antasya Istanbul

We recently spent a week at Fraser Antasya Hotel in their two-bedroom suite, and overall, it was a memorable experience with some highs and a few areas for improvement. Pros: • Smooth Check-In: Our early check-in was a great start, and we appreciated the surprise birthday setup for our daughter upon arrival—it made her day extra special! • Well-Equipped Amenities: The fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine were incredibly convenient, making it feel like home. Laundry was hassle-free, and having everything we needed right in the suite was a big plus. • Great Location: The hotel is within walking distance of malls and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. • Excellent Housekeeping: The cleaning staff did a great job every morning, ensuring we had fresh bottled water, coffee, and other essentials. • Family-Friendly Facilities: Our kids adored the pool and the kid’s room on the first floor. It’s a great hotel for families with young children. Cons: • Lack of Earthquake Preparedness: During an earthquake, there were no alarms or notifications, leaving us on the 36th floor in a state of panic with young children. Using the stairs wasn’t feasible, and we had to take the elevator with other residents. While using the elevator didn’t feel unsafe, the situation itself made everyone feel anxious and unprepared. This was a serious oversight, and we strongly urge the hotel to implement an emergency alert system to ensure guest safety. • Dirty Windows: The external windows were disappointingly dirty, obstructing what could have been a stunning night view. It’s a small but significant detail that impacts the overall experience. Conclusion: Despite the mentioned issues, we had a pleasant stay at Fraser Antasya Hotel. The suite’s comfort and the convenience of the location and amenities made it a great choice for a family vacation. We hope the hotel addresses the safety concerns and maintenance issues, as it has the potential to provide an exceptional experience. We look forward to staying here again during future holidays in Istanbul!

Simply superb with only one major weakness - reluctance of staff. Positives: Superb location, on d main road next to a mall n lot of eateries, close to offices - seems perfect. Apartments are spacious n has all amenities u need including microwave, oven, induction oven, all necessary crockery n cutlery, good toiletries, two ACs, washing machine, dishwasher etc. All of these work well n maintained very well. Housekeeping is flawless. Breakfast is one of the best I had anywhere in Turkiye. There is nothing to flaw this place in terms of amenities. For the price, this is a steal !!! Negatives: One small negative is no smoking rooms n u need to exit the building to smoke. Another one is gym opens at 7 where most of us need to leave by 0830 to reach office. Most noteworthy negative is staff behaviour. I have been staying in 3911 for 7 nights now. Have checkout tomorrow n a late flight at 2000 hrs. Requested on two occasions for a late checkout - straight dispassionate answer that we can extend for 2 hrs (I needed 3.5) after which it's chargeable. I live over 100 days in hotels around d world n other places at least make an effort depending on their booking status. Here over 10 of us booked this week through office n everybody who wanted a late checkout got d same standard response. If this is driven by mgmt, which seems likely, it plainly disregards how corporate travelers should be treated. It's clear they r neithet inclined nor trained to deal with frequent travelers. This is a word of caution for those who have weird flight timings - rules here r cast in stone so they won't make an exception. Hence be mindful of this one aspect. This small point apart, love this place. I will write a detailed review on TripAdvisor shortly. I will also share this feedback with my company so that this can be taken up directly with them.

I had a terrible experience with this place poor customer service and no support when I mistakenly booked the wrong location. Despite multiple requests, they refused to cancel. The location itself is also very bad and very very very far away from the other side of the city. Be cautious they use the same name as a better located branch (misleading)
