I stayed at the hotel and took my son to the pool, where we met the coach Nazmol. He is truly a skilled and professional trainer — he helped my son overcome his fear of the water. I highly recommend anyone staying at the hotel to visit the pool and meet him. He’ll definitely leave a positive impact on your kids. Very calm, respectful, polite, and extremely helpful. From the delicious breakfast to the exceptional service at the breakfast area — the staff never hesitated to help and always served with a smile. The front desk was just as impressive — every request we made was handled promptly and professionally. Valet service was quick and efficient, and the massage I had at the spa was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. This is truly a 5-star hotel in every sense of the word. It’s been a long time since I stayed at a place that actually lives up to the five-star standard — most are just a label, but this one delivers on every level. Highly recommended, and definitely looking forward to coming back!
