Thank You, Jacky, Sheldon & Team! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Fraser team for their outstanding support during a recent incident where my husband suffered a pulled tendon. From the moment we contacted Guest Services, we were met with kindness and efficiency. Sheldon was incredibly helpful, presenting us with multiple care options and ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. A special commendation goes to Jacky, who went above and beyond. His proactive and compassionate approach was a true comfort during a stressful time. He stayed with us from 7 PM until 11:30 PM, coordinating logistics, accompanying us to the hospital, and making certain we had everything we needed. His dedication was nothing short of remarkable. The Housekeeping team also impressed us with their attentiveness—they anticipated our needs by placing anti-slip mats in the bathroom without being asked. Every interaction with your staff was marked by warmth and professionalism. Fraser’s service is second to none, and this experience has left us deeply grateful. We will wholeheartedly recommend Fraser to everyone and can’t wait to return.

We just had a 5 day stay at the hotel. Location is convenient, literally on top of the metro station and in the prime shopping belt. What stands out is the excellent service, the customercentric culture that makes it a home away from home comfort. The breakfast has a healthy spread and quality food. The conciege is excellent. Many speak good English and super patient. I want to commend Bruce who was incredibly helpful. The rooms are v clean and spacious. I recommend this place for both holiday or business stay.

Great experience from the moment we arrived in a taxi - staff ran out to help with our luggage. The attentive and welcoming service continued when they accomodated all of our room requests. And what a room it was - we booked a 1-bedroom executive apartment and it was stunning! Modern, well maintained, pristine and with a comprehensive suite of amenities to make us feel so comfortable for our entire stay. The bonus was the very convenient location in the heart of the Tianhe district with a large shopping mall and metro station below us, and several more huge malls across and beside us. Will definitely stay here again and will not hesitate to recommend this fine hotel to others!
