This was my first experience at the hotel, and it definitely won’t be the last. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Diana, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and went out of her way to assist me with my booking. Her help made a big difference. Marouane also went above and beyond assisting me with restaurant reservations and other requests. I’m very grateful to both. The hotel has a bidet, which is a great plus, and its location is close to many attractions. Miaad

Exceptional service from Alpha! Alpha went above and beyond with his warm attitude and outstanding hospitality. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made a big difference in our stay. Our overall experience at the hotel was excellent, and Alpha was certainly one of the main reasons why. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience. I did not receive the room I paid for, and upon arrival, our room was not ready. We waited for over one hour and were then told we would need to wait a total of two hours before we could check in. According to Expedia’s website, the room I booked was supposed to be on a higher floor, but this was not provided. I specifically paid for that room type, and I expected it to be ready upon arrival. This is unacceptable. At the very least, some form of refund or compensation should have been offered. Additionally, the information provided on the Expedia website was inaccurate and misleading.
