Freddies Resort & Villas Ubud by Kanaya Hospitality

This villa resort is a perfect place to relax with your loved ones. I spent one night of stay here on our last day of the Bali tour in May 2025. The rooms were clean and tidy. Also the pvt pool and bathrooms were so spacious and neatly maintained. Food was good, although we had only one limited breakfast. Recommend to give the buffet breakfast. Request staff to be more pleasing. This resort is a bit far off from the main Ubud centre or Ubud Market, it needs either a bike or car to go there, this is one of the disadvantages. Price is also on a moderate side. Overall a fantastic experience of a lifetime for us..

I stayed for just one night as a surprise for my significant other’s birthday. The villa was exactly as advertised on their website—if not better. Freddies Villa truly exceeded my expectations. The private pool is about 1.5 meters deep, with a garden on one side. There's an open living room with another garden view at the back. The open-air shower area is wonderful, and the placement of the bathtub is perfect for relaxation. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a hallway, where you'll find a desk and chair, a mirror, and a hairdryer (I forgot the brand, but I’d love to know it because I want to buy the same one!). There's also a wardrobe with a batik kimono and slippers inside. Moving to the bedroom area—it features a king-size bed, a long chair, and a TV. There's a door that leads directly to the poolside and sunbed. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for another staycation!

Had an amazing last 2 days of the trip. Freddies Villa was a dream come true. Waking up to our own private pool, the staff service was super quick and amazing. Not sure if the receptionist who helped me was Yuni but she was so amazing and friendly. The breakfast in the pool was also a great experience. Thank you to the team for making our stay the highlight of the trip.
