Frederic Koklen Boutique Hotel

Situated very central, close to everything , yet on quiet street . Enough parking space, which is quite rare in Odesa city center. Spotless clean. Comfortable mattress. Our room situated on a fourth ‘ Spanish’ floor. Also there are Italian and French floors. All are decorated accordingly. It’s really awesome! Completely renovated historical building, with modern amenities. Our standard double was pretty spacious, feels more than 25 m2. We had Breakfast included, very nice one, plenty to choose from, warm and cold varieties, pastries, etc., in a high end restaurant downstairs . Excellent service for a reasonable price! Highly recommend .

Fully equiped rooms, clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Very nice and professional staff. Delicious restaurant downstairs, with good breakfasts and dinners. Right in the city center, close to all most important places. I can reccomend this hotel for staying in Odessa.

TERRIBLE SERVICE- ARROGANT STAFF We had a horrible experience at this hotel and WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We had booked in for 2 nights and apparently the breakfast was not included in the second day. They failed to inform us of this upon check in. Moreover, our clothes that were given to laundry was returned late. We called them regarding the laundry from the room and the reception lady asked us to wait and HUNG UP ON ME. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. All the other hotels in Ukraine were fine. I have no idea how they managed to receive so many good reviews. The clothes were only returned after we had checked out and was dumped on the sofa in the check out area. When asked for a bag to put them, the disinterested doorman gave us a small plastic bag for sandwiches. I will be recounting my experience to the tour agency to ensure that nobody else will have such a bad experience in Odessa.
