Not has describe is not a luxury hotel, swimming pool is not working, room are plenty of stains and broken, breakfast limited. You have to pay for the spa is not included in the price.

When you arrive at the hotel you realize that it is far from being a 4 star, the cleanliness and staff are ok, but from the moment they start cleaning the hallways you are FORCED to wake up, because of the noise, the loud conversation between them, and the difficulty sleeping because it is a noisy area until the early hours of the morning. Breakfast is ok, but I also had problems. I stayed with them for 1 week. One day, I went down to have coffee (I went down every day for about 20 mints before the "buffer" ended) and the machine "was defective". I asked to open the machine and get chocolate (I have gastritis and I don't drink coffee). They opened it, I took it and went back to the table. I left a gift and I got a direct connection to the machine. I plugged it into the socket and magically the defect went away, everything worked normally. I was able to use the pool (2 of the 7 days I stayed there) and they closed it, saying it was defective. 2 days closed without any maintenance and when I went to ask about it at the reception they said that there was a leak on the floor below, the next day they emptied it. I had to ask every day to turn on the gym and treadmill (many times in the employees' responses they made me feel like I was asking them for a favor since I showed no interest in doing what was being asked), anyway, not recommended, and obviously I will not return to this hotel which according to them is a 4-star hotel. (joke)

Very Dirty place, Breakfast 2/5 Swimmingpool 2/5 very dirty and unhygienic Room cleaning skipped, we had to ask for towels. Wall think like paper you hear all from next door. And bathroom is the highlight, there’s black mold in every single corner. Never have I stayed is such horrible 4 star hotel.
