Frida Boutique Stays by Viadora

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Frida Boutique Hotel. The apartment was spotless, very well decorated (like a high end hotel), and had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay (even laundry pods for the washing machine). Having an apartment with hotel amenities (ie 24 hour front desk and security + daily housekeeping) was perfection. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The neighborhood was perfection! I would recommend everyone stay in Condesa. Treelined streets, parks, cafes, amazing restaurants and little shops/galleries - made us feel like we were in Paris! While in a quieter part of town - most large attractions were just 10-15 mins by uber. El Diaz, the little restaurant at the top of the street, was a god send after a long day of travel or touring! Also want to give a shoutout to Renata, from the Viadora Sales team, who was super helpful getting several suites booked for our party of 10. All in all, a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning!

We went to MXC for a birthday celebration and we all stayed at this location. The gated street is quiet and nice, super well situated and walking distance from nice bakeries/cafes and restaurants. The staff is uniquely professional and kind. We enjoyed every single one of the employees we interacted with. The suite is very comfortable and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed and didn't need. Overall a great place to stay in MXC.

If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. You will hear people above you walking at all hours of the night because of guests coming and going. Also, when I emailed the host, Martha, she didn’t have a solution and then ignored my second email. Otherwise, Frida Boutique by Viadora is on a quiet and lovely street. The two people (Alfredo and a woman) at the front desk were amazing. The location was perfect and walkable to the parks and lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel was nice but definitely used and needed some updates.
