Friendly Fun Vallarta Different Experiences All Inclusive

All inclusive hotel about a 10 minute taxi from the PVR airport. The front desk staffs and basically everyone we dealt with (bars, restaurants, housekeeping) were very professional and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. We went end of July and it was honestly perfect. The weather was hot in the day (30°C) and thunderstorms in the evening which were a treat to watch from our balcony. It wasn't as busy as we thought it's gonna be so it was great. The food options were actually delicious for an all inclusive. It was the perfect week and we will be back 😁

My flight got cancelled and we were placed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms, view, drinks, service desk, location was great. The only 2 things I was not happy about was the selection of food, it was not fresh, my friend and I got sick the 2 nights we were there, the food seems re heated, no fresh at all. Also the staff at the restaurant didn't seem friendly or happy to work there. I brought my little dog with me, he was given a welcome bag, with pee pads, toy, poopy bags, a clean bed and food/drink bowls. My doggy was not allow near the restaurants or pools. So we had to hang out always at the beach. I was charged $900 pesos per night. And $1000 pesos deposit. Which you have to ask for a refund prior to leaving or they might of just forget to credit you that. Overall it was great, the adults pools was great! Definitely a plus.

We were there a couple years ago my wife booked 4 different rooms because we had a lot of family some girls at the reception were really rude with our family the card to enter the room were getting deactivated a lot of times due to been close to our cellphone and the girls at the reception were always making my wife show up to activate the cards even when other adults in our family were using the rooms we felt so embarrassed with our family, this girls would not care that we were upset with them they did not show any regrets on the way they were acting. I don't know if it was because we are Mexican but we didn't feel welcome at this reception, the food areas were ok. Never going back again to this place we paid all inclusive to be arguing with this girls on the reception this should be the 1st place to feel welcome.
