The hotel is very peaceful, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is also in a very good location. I recommend it to everyone.
Nice small hotel. Good staff. Some construction was going on the floor above me. I liked the building and its outside dining. Rooms are small but fine and clean. It is located in a nice place close to water. The breakfast was very limited to a few items and didn't include usual options of egg.
When we tried to check in to the hotel, despite having our reservation and invoice, we were told that we didn’t appear in the system and were kept waiting for over an hour. Strangely, right after we calling the police, they suddenly found the confirmation email within 10 seconds and allowed us to check in. It was a very unprofessional experience — something we had never encountered before. Overall, it was a disappointing and upsetting situation.
