Fuji Time traveler 新館

At check-in we had difficulty getting into the accommodation because there was no receptionist, but we contacted via telephone and asked how to check in, the officers were very friendly & very helpful at check-in. Stay here with friends, there is parking, the house is spacious. There are 3 bedrooms located on 2 floors, 2 rooms use bunk beds, 1 room is Japanese style with tatami and futon. We stayed 12 adults & 1 baby, the atmosphere was comfortable. Bathing equipment, eating equipment etc. are available. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a bathtub.

友人達と２泊させていただきましたが、はっきり言って最高！でした。 ３棟の建物があり、それぞれに特徴があってユニークなデザインや細やかな配慮がされており、すべての建物にサウナが完備されていました。 私たちは一番大きな昭和レトロの雰囲気の母屋(?)に泊ったのですが、まるでタイムスリップしたかのような不思議な雰囲気の素敵な空間でした。 お風呂は檜風呂でテレビもついていて、何より宿の隣に個別に建てられていたサウナ施設はこれだけで一日過ごせるな、と感じられるほど快適でした。 別棟は最新のデザイン＆設備で、それぞれにとても豪華なお風呂とサウナが完備されていました。 河口湖にも近くコンビニもあって、快適で楽しい宿泊体験となりました。 電気自動車の充電設備もあり、オーナーのこだわりと気配りを感じさせるとても素敵な宿でした。 ２泊ではとても足りないほど充実していたので、次回は家族でお隣に建っていた最新の建物に宿泊して、河口湖を満喫したいと思います。

The floor was so dirty and sticky that my family even tried to find a mop to mop and sweep it themselves. The table was also sticky. The leather on the massage chair was completely stained, and the speakers were covered in dust. The most basic thing should be clean, but they didn't do that. They were also slow to respond.
