A Hidden Gem by the Lake – Unforgettable Stay! The location itself is simply magical – nestled in a peaceful garden right by the lake, it truly felt like a small paradise. One of my favorite moments was renting a bicycle from the hotel and cycling along the lakeshore in almost mythical tranquility. It was the perfect way to connect with the nature around us. Although the hotel is not located near the train station, they offer a free shuttle service at any time of the day, which made everything so easy and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. (10min Ride) The onsen experience was also a highlight. Both the indoor and outdoor baths were absolutely wonderful. I had the chance to try them twice, wearing a traditional yukata, and both times I was lucky enough to have the onsen all to myself. As someone quite shy, I appreciated the privacy and the peaceful atmosphere – I’m not sure I would have tried a public onsen otherwise. It turned out to be one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise – varied, delicious, and beautifully presented. But above all, the most unforgettable part of our stay was the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. Most of the time during our visit the sky was cloudy, but on our second morning we woke up to clear skies and the most incredible view of the mountain. Quiet, undisturbed by houses or tourists – just us and the majesty of Fuji-san. Even compared to the usual viewing spots, this was by far my favorite. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for serenity, beauty, and a truly authentic Japanese experience. I would return in a heartbeat.

A nice premier hotel with great Fuji views. We took the traditional Japanese room and it was a great experience. Recommend it to everybody. Breakfast was also amazing. We did cycling on bike, which you can rent at the hotel. It was fun and they also arranged canoeing trip for us in the nearby lake, which was a bit pricey but worth the money. The shuttle service to the station and back is great. Onsen is good if you are up for it.

It was a very nice stay! The view from the room is amazing. The shuttle bus service is very useful and convenient. The onsen is very nice, especially the one outside. It’s also nice that the onsen is not so crowded. The staff is very very kind. The mattress on the floor are thicker than in other hotels and more confortable. Excellent breakfast (except the coffee). The bike rental was nice as well. What could be improved: - better coffee for breakfast. It would be great to have a coffee machine which makes cappuccino for example - it would be great to have some towels extra for the onsen. We had to take the one from the shower which were already wet - the bikes are getting old But otherwise it was an amazing stay here! Thank you very much!
