I stayed for just one night but had such a great experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made me feel right at home. The room setup was perfect — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The ambiance of the hotel was so calming and elegant. What really stood out was the food — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast! I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service. Overall, everything was top-notch. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed the traditional room. Great view of the lake from our room. The private family onsens that you can rent was reasonably priced and well worth the money since we were with my in-laws and baby daughter. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. The ability to get massages in your room was unique and also reasonably priced. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The overall atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and relaxing. We hope to return some day.

I recently stayed at Fuji Kawaguchiko Onsen Hotel and overall had a pleasant and convenient experience. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths situated right next to Lake Kawaguchiko, it offers easy access to stunning views and peaceful walks by the water. There’s also a bus stop just steps from the entrance, which made getting around the area very straightforward. An added bonus is the bike rental shop located right next to the hotel, perfect for exploring the lakeside and nearby attractions at your own pace. Upon arrival, the front desk staff didn’t feel particularly warm or attentive, which was a bit of a letdown after a long journey. However, as our stay continued, the hospitality noticeably improved, and the staff became more helpful and friendly. This shift made a difference and helped us feel more welcome. A standout part of our stay was the dinner service. The staff member assigned to our room was excellent professional, attentive, and made a real effort to explain each course to us clearly. Another convenient touch was the complimentary shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel. We simply called upon arrival, and they sent a driver right away. Overall, a solid stay with great access, improving service, and beautiful surroundings.
