I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip, and everything was great. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with all the essentials like air conditioning, hot water, and a mini fridge, all working perfectly. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the space was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist when needed. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!
Surprisingly good rooms. From the outside it looks average being in a lane, but it shields it from a lot of traffic noise.
Friendly barista staff were available to check you in, as the hotel is located upstairs from this local coffee shop. Finding it was a bit of a challenge, as there's no signage and it's hidden down an alley. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn't working, which could be a significant disadvantage during the Hanoi winter.
