Fullon Hotel Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf

Stayed at the Fullon Hotel Tamsui, Taipei from November 17 to 18, 2024, and had a wonderful experience. I would like to specifically commend the front desk staff member, Hsuan-Wei Shih. During my check-in, he introduced the hotel’s range of services and provided me with a set of coupons for use within the hotel. He explained in detail how to use them, and if all the coupons were utilized, they could save me almost half the room cost. The next day, during check-out, I needed to call a taxi to Tamsui Station and was told there would be about a five-minute wait. While waiting outside the hotel, Hsuan-Wei Shih came out and kindly suggested I wait inside due to the windy weather. This thoughtful gesture left a deep impression on me and made the experience even more memorable. I hope your company recognizes and commends this excellent staff member. Additionally, the hotel offers a free photo keychain service for guests, creating a lovely souvenir to remember the stay. Downsides: The hot spring area is quite small, with only one pool at 40°C, while the other two are in the 20°C range. The sauna reached a high temperature of 70°C but lacked towels or seating mats, which made it less comfortable to use. Overall: The hotel offers a great view, the front desk staff provides exceptional service, the food is average, and the hotel boasts abundant facilities.

The view is fantastic! The pool is sparkling clean and the Honeymoon Suite is spacious for family gatherings. The management is very accommodating and the employees responds to our needs. I was quite impressed! All the activities are real fun, including crab hunting, hand crafting, virtual reality and indoor playgrounds (the one on the first floor is wonderful for 3+ year old and the one on the third floor is great for any age). This is one of the few hotels in the world I would return in a heartbeat! Great job Fullon Fisherman’s Wharf!

A perfect river view, room with balcony and spacious with 2 large size double beds. The bath tub and shower is fine. The Chinese dishes are so so. Nothing impressive. The bar has nothing to offer, a shameful list of 3 beers. Worst than a restaurant or Cafe. Far out location. Will I come again. I doubted.
