Fullon Hotel Taoyuan

The rooms were a bit dated but location is terrific. What was even better was the excellent service of the staff. My toddler fell sick and threw up twice overnight and when we called reception for extra sheets, the first thing the reception staff asked was "how is your son?". Our sons have had thrown up a couple of times at hotels before and this is the first time any staff member asked how they are. They also followed up on how he is upon check-out. Amazing how showing you care for a customer can go such a long way - well done!!

The staff’s kindness and helpfulness—especially from Annie Tung, the hotel’s GM—truly surprised us. Annie went out of her way to locate dragon-dance training venues and followed up with us about the event. This personal touch meant a lot, and we greatly appreciate it. We’re already looking forward to our visit next year. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

I liked this hotel. The rooms were quiet clean, and personele were very polite. The breakfast was not luxury but acceptable and delicious specifically if you like Chinese food. It has a swimming pool, and spa. The hotel has good access to bus system for going to Taipei and other places. The place is next to several convenient stores and thus you have access to food and drink 24 hours. + It is super safe.
