Fullon Taipei East

Just in the morning before departed i found this amazing book “365 days for travelers” in tue drawer which i really amazed by the wisdom words. I came to the reception met lovely Rosie who let me bring home the book. I was so happy, it was such a lovely treat for the guest. Thank you Fullon hotel east😍😍

The location is the worst part of this hotel. Is far from town. Other then that overall is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful. Price is good due to location.

Upon booking I was led to believe there was a pool, sauna, bar, social lounge, dinning hall and travel transportation provided. None of the above were available more however my room was supposed to have a balcony be a suite and instead had a locked balcony was not a suite. Basic amenities I requested we're denied. Upon check in I was asked to give Google a 5 star rating before ever having the opportunity to see my room or explore the hotel, which was basically closed and as I was told had been since the movie outbreak 3 years ago. My carpet was dirty upon check-in, the bathroom water dripped from the wall, the wall paper was badly scratched off If in places, overall this was not the inflated room price i paid for and was far below the fullon standards I had come to know at other locations. If i could ask anything of the hotel, I'd askfor a refund of my money or a free night's stay at a different location.
